CareInn Reflects on a Meaningful Presence at PX Congress – Jeddah

CareInn participated in the Patient Experience Congress held in Jeddah, an event that brought together leading healthcare professionals, organizations, and innovators focused on elevating patient experience across the region.

As part of the event’s agenda, CareInn’s Business Development Director, Refaat Saadi, delivered a session exploring the evolving role of entertainment in healthcare. His talk invited the audience to rethink entertainment not as a distraction, but as a meaningful element of emotional care and patient engagement.
