CareInn15 Now Part of the Patient Experience Infrastructure at St. Louis Hospital
November 18, 2025
St. Louis Hospital in Lebanon is undergoing a full transformation as it prepares to reopen with a renewed approach to patient care. Alongside upgrades to medical equipment and clinical facilities, the hospital rebuilt its digital ecosystem to ensure that every part of the patient journey—from admission to discharge—is supported by meaningful technology.
As part of this direction, the hospital wanted to introduce a bedside solution that blends naturally into the daily rhythm of care. They were looking for a platform that helps patients feel more informed, more connected, and more comfortable, while remaining simple and efficient for the clinical teams to manage.
The Challenge
Integrating a patient-facing system into a newly renovated hospital required far more than simple installation. The digital foundation of the hospital had been rebuilt from scratch, meaning CareInn15 had to adapt to refreshed network architecture, redesigned data flows, and updated clinical systems. The hospital also wanted the solution to support a wide range of patient needs without overwhelming staff or disrupting operational routines.
The Solution
CareInn deployed CareInn15, a smart bedside platform designed to bring clarity, comfort, and entertainment into the patient room. The system was configured to match the hospital’s room layouts, workflows, and patient categories. Through CareInn15, patients can view their medical information, communicate with caregivers, request services, order meals, explore entertainment apps, complete experience surveys, and monitor their newborns through nursery live streaming—the first implementation of its kind in Lebanon.
The adaptability of CareInn15 allowed the hospital to tailor services to room type, clinical requirements, and patient status. This flexibility ensured that technology supports care without adding complexity, making the platform feel like a natural extension of the room rather than an additional system to manage.
The Outcome
With CareInn15, the hospital now has a modern digital layer that enhances both comfort and communication inside patient rooms. The solution is installed, configured, and ready to support daily care workflows once the hospital opens its doors.
The project was highlighted in a national LBC television report, where the hospital team discussed how technologies like CareInn15 will contribute to a more connected and patient-centered experience once operations begin.
